"I had an appointment with Dr. Loeb at the Fort Worth, Texas location. He would not let me ask questions about my issues was the first thing I noticed. He set me up for 3 day Neurological testing using electrodes on my scalp along with 2 other tests. After the 3 day testing the nurse removed the electrodes using straight acetone to remove them and dripped it all over my clothing. She had not offered ..."

"It is impossible to reach someone by phone, takes several hours or days to get a call back. When they do call you back, you don't get the answers you need or you get hung up on. No one ever answers the phone. Once onsite they're great, but the phone issues alone makes this a 1 star. Super frustrating, especially when you try to reschedule."

"Jodie saved my wife's life. This is not exaggeration nor hyperbole but simple fact. My wife was in Kansas City for an extended time helping with her elderly parents. During a teleconference with Jodie, Jodie was sensing that something was not right and had her go do blood work. This led to a colonoscopy which revealed a cancerous tumor.
