"This was our second visit to this office. On arrival I was unable to locate the elevator and had to walk up a long flight of stairs with a 35lb baby and diaper bag, purse and medical bag. It was 100 degrees outside and I was wearing a mask. "My 3 year old son isn’t the biggest fan of getting his teeth cleaned. He was nervous and the staff was amazing at entertaining and comforting him while they cleaned his teeth! They made the decision to still see them if she went and sat in her car or the hallway. Dr Latonya Gordon walked around the office with her arms crossed and her chairside manner was not kind, caring or friendly. They are able to accommodate all having appointments at same time/right after each other (at least 2 hygienists taking care of us each time we have been there for cleanings) and the setup makes it so I am able to see all 4 kids at once.
