"I agree with other comments about the new service they started using. I have been seeing doctor ozog for roughly 15 years. Dealing with this new service has wasted hours and days of my life. They never know what they are talking about, they do not send messages and refuse to do so when you request to speak to the nurse, and they reschedule your appointments but fail to mention to the doc it was not ..."
