"This place sucks! They schedule you so far in advanced. They set an appointment. If your there a couple of minutes late they will have to reschedule you! Yet they can take hours in calling you back. You play the waiting game for an our in the lobby. Another hour in the back waiting area. Yet another damn hour in your room. Very unorganized. & they act like your the worst person on this planet when ..."

"I have always rated little Heroes Pediatric Dentistry 5 stars and that is strictly based on how my son is comfortable there and the staff is the best the only huge issue that I have is the scheduling is horrible, they have you come in 2 hrs before actually being seen. My recent appointment was at 230p it was 20 mins from 4p and they came to let me know it would be another 40 mins! I will not be going ..."
