"UGH, I was charged for a "comprehensive exam" and that was submitted to my insurance company. I was NEVER even seen by a dentist, and after calling the office was told "well, it says it in your chart, so it must be so." Additionally, I had the WORST experience with getting x-rays done, left with my mouth bloody and had to have them RETAKEN at another dentist because the were unusable. I was also ..."

It is disappointing to me that we did not explain your exam and its merits to you; because it was performed we were able to refer you to another office. That would have been impossible without detailed knowledge of your current condition. More importantly, we failed to meet your expectations, and for that I am truly sorry. "I had Adele as my dental hygienist on April 8, 2019 for a teeth Cleaning. I have never had such a thorough cleaning an awesome ex rays as she did. After she completed the cleaning and polishing, she had a small digit camera that she tooth specific pictures of for Dr. Kim to check. To her they were questionable for cavities or infection.
