"I guess this is a members only place! Called over the phone 4 weeks ago spoke with a lady who informed me I could come in a get a skinny weight loss shot. I arrived 30 minutes later was given a medical questionnaire which I completed in seconds because I take no medication and only have 1 allergy! The employee tells me we can’t give you a shot the doctor is out until Monday and she has to approve ..."
