He was concerned about the outcome and wanted to talk to the medical doctor before continuing the procedure. "When one finds a good dentist they generally stay with it. I've been going to lindquist for about 6 years. They see all 3 of my boys. The wait can be long sometimes but that's because I have a 3 year old. So that is more on me than the business. Their procedures during Covid are pretty seamless."

"The only bad thing with the pandemic is that they are not allowing parents to go back with their child. This concerns me when it comes to being their for the kids when they have to get fillings or even just being present for the cleanings. Also it is really annoying that I have to fill out the paperwork every single time I go in. Even if just 6 months have passed I have to do it again 1 for each child. ..."

"My son is 2 years old, and when my fiancé brought him there they were extremely rude about the fact he was crying when getting his teeth cleaned, he’s 2 it’s bound to happen. They told my fiance we should bring him after a nap (it was 3 in the afternoon) and teach him not to be screaming in the back room. I get it to teach my child something but he is 2 and shouldn’t be treated like a peasant"

"Everyone was welcoming and polite however i scheduled because my child broke a tooth. Because i was not able to go back i had no clue what was done. Was told he needed 4-5 more visits. I scheduled a follow up and walked out. I realized i got zero info and had to call and have the person who answered go over what they did (sadly it was not fixing the broken tooth) and the follow up was listed as filling ..."
