"My appointment was for 11:30 I arrived at 11:20. I called the office to let them know I was outside. No one picked up the phone. I left a message. No one returned my call until 11:44. They said to come in they were ready for me. It was the waiting time that bothered me. I didn't know what to expect. I'll know for next time."
