"Horrible customer service, and they either answer the phone (in Spanish, assuming everyone will speak Spanish) and either rush you off or disconnect you. When you call back, no one even answers the phone at all, or they just pick up and hang up on you without so much as a greeting. I was never even able to make an appointment because they took my personal info before even asking me what kind of appointment ..."
