"I was asked not to return because I suggested they communicate with patients when they’ve waited over an hour with no communication from the staff. Yep they will not treat a person who says something about the wait time. Not even the wait time it’s just tell me the doctor is running late. I assure you I was in no way rude or disrespectful to anyone. "

"I had a appointment at 10:15 am. I wasn't seen till after 1130. I saw a person named Ellen explained my pain problem and suggested a new MRI sin i had fallen in October. She said (I assume she was referring to Medicare) that they wouldn't pay for an mri without physical therapy first. That's not true and why would i want physical therapy before treatment to aggravate the pain i already have or is ..."
