"I had been in and out of the emergency room in FL, and the last time was by ambulance. We were returning to upstate NY, and the physicians in FL said to contact my primary physician to arrange an appointment with a Gastroenterologist ASAP upon return. Giselle Grullon was my primary at the time, and she refused to make a referral to the gastroenterologist in the same building on the same floor! ..."
