"So disorganized ...... My poor mother that is 97yrs old has been up since 6:30 am to make an 11:00am appt. Waited for the driver for over an hour.... just talked to her at 3:15 and still there. She called me that she was tired. And she has another appt tomorrow at 10:00. Do you really think they should be doing this??? How much of an abuse is this on the elderly just for them to get paid.
