"Do NOT use this Dentist!!! Lehigh Dental told me what it would cost, then sent an additional surprise bill. Spoke to my Insurrance Company, and they said that Lehigh Dentist was supposed to do a "Dental Pre-Determination" to let me know what the total bill was, and they did not. I asked before service was rendered and after services was rendered to cover my-side of the financial obligation. Was told ..."
