"I paid $300 out of pocket for a cleaning in January. That's with insurance... Since then I've been billed via txt and emails for an additional $196.70. No explanation given. Numerous calls to Lee Dental's office were made and each transfer to the billing office went directly to voicemail. I left messages to return my call and explain why I owed them $$s. Never got a response, just additional texts ..."

"Rip off! Husband likes the attention he gets. Fake people. They don’t even pretend that what they’re charging him makes sense. It was $100, then $200, then $300, then $400 then almost $500. This place is a fraud. Especially if you have perfect teeth. You need a smile plan when you don’t have any cavities?"

"They rip people off!!! They double charge, come up with fictitious charges and refuse to refund overpayments!!!! And the sister office (Estero Bay Dental) does the same exact thing. The office manager in Estero (Paula) is clueless!! She lies and has no idea what she's doing ??"

Her and her assistant today on 12/15/22 was wonderful and talked me through everything and answered every question that I had and made me feel very comfortable and when they gave me the mirror to see my teeth I did cry but the best cry the happy one. "I am not coming back to this place. I got 15 min. Before my appointment and due to the time they lasted verifying the insurance. My son couldn’t have the service because there was only 10 min left to complete the time of my appointment. It is ridiculous. Do not recommend this place and never be back again."

"My planned week with my beloved Uncle was almost completely ruined when I developed a toothache of mind numbing pain while in the air. Two teeth were severely infected, it was a Sat. on a holiday weekend. I searched for ANY dental office that was open. Lee Dental took me in as an emergency on a Sat. when they were already heavily booked & trying to close at 1:00. I needed these two teeth pulled bc ..."

"My wife called and told them i had a broken wisdom tooth and needed an oral surgeon to cut it out they said 85 to look at it and 280 to extract it however they have a sign above their building that says new patients full exam and xrays for 39 dollars not 85 when i asked them why i dont get that price they started to get rude and tried to rush me in before my appointment 30 minutes early probably so ..."

"Office staff nice and so was the young man that did X-ray's and work up before dentist came in. Immediately when he (dentist)said "you have infections in your gums" I knew it was Corp pricing and dentist office. 2700.00 for 6 extractions and cheap looking upper dentures that need "alot of adhesive" to hold in. No models or other options to look at. Went to reputable other dentist today only 75.00 ..."
