"i just left there 2 days ago i was really manic thinking the staff was against i damage to a door get something to cut my wrist with. i was placed in isolation and discharged the next day, they did not', care if i caused harm to myself or i was still suicidal..... and the BH TECHS SIT AROUND EVERYDAY AND TALK ABOUT CLIENTS IN BAD WAYS AND LAUGHING ABOUT IT.. THIS HOSPITAL NEW BHTS, AND SOCIAL WORKERS ..."

"The worst mental health office in Erie County. They’ll never answer their phones because the front desk employees are too busy chatting with other coworkers. If you run out of your medicine, good luck getting refills, you’ll end up a week without meds all because they’ll send your medicine to the pharmacy when they choose to. The front desk employees are the most rude human beings you’ll ever meet, ..."

"Disappointed no continuity of care, put me on drugs that do not work and makes me sick. No one ever answers the phone because they have been enhancing their phone system for 2 years. Uses resident students for psychiatrists, l feel worse coming out from an appointment than l did going in. I have been treated rudely and disrespected. I needed help and received verbal abuse. "This is medical malpractice at its finest I would be shocked if any of these doctors Actually had the correct paperwork to be a doctor nobody gets their prescriptions filled on time. They don’t answer the phones and I’ve been trying to get a simple diagnosis for a year and a half. With no meds and no hope"

"If I could leave a negative review I would. I have called every day multiple times a day, left a voicemail and no one has gotten back to me. Good thing I am not in any harm, but someone else could be and are going through the same thing I am with having no response for days. Its terrible patient care, and quite frankly pathetic. No wonder mental health concerns are at an all time high. Do better."

"I had rather good experience with Dr Madura, he left, Dr. Dixon was assigned to me and within a minute of my session she called me a fraud, l walked out. I then had an appointment today with a new doctor l never met named Allma he never showed up and l needed Rx filled. No one. ever answers the phone. I am on WC and am an injured federal government employee l need some meds. This is not very good ..."
