"My family has been going to Lebanon Valley Family Medicine for almost 20 years. Our PCP is Dr. David Keller, although we have seen multiple doctors in the practice when emergencies have arisen. "Have been waiting for a week and a half for doctor to sign a paper so I can get a handicap sign for our vehicle. It would take 3 seconds to sign it and call us. I can not walk far and need a hip replacement. I am so disappointed in your seeming lack of caring here.."
