"Exam was fine but when went to pay with insurance card they supposedly do not have a card reader machine to take payment like a credit card machine and attempted to put payment in computer and did not work as needed to be put through credit card reader by swiping card so instead I had to self pay with my self which the facility was under my insurance VERY upset about payment "
