"I've been going to the doctor here for about 5 years, but they got lazy and apathetic about their patients since Covid. Even the staff grumbles about how things have changed. Even if you go in for an office visit, they sit you in a little room and do a virtual visit. Its a joke, a very expensive joke with an inflated bill that might include mystery charges that take more time and effort to fix. "

"I tried leaving feedback to medstar regarding my last visit for a physical and no response to some very serious concerns regarding things that didnt occur during my routine physical. I recieved a fast response from here the last review. I am trying to get answers before posting what I feel is not care standards that I have experienced from this practice in the past. "

"I have been a patient at this facility for years without any issues, the moment my doctor retired, it has gone down hill. The service, the care, the empathy is all zero. My health care is being compromised by the Drs. I had an MRI done that came back with a not so great result . I got a call from some office personnel that was clueless, she informed me that Dr. Fethiya M Mahmoud told her to call ..."

"Laurel Internal Medicine has been our family provider for more than 10 years. However, in recent months (since they became Medstar?) the practice has become cold, uncaring and predatory. Difficult to communicate with them, and distant even in the office. My wife and I had physicals in June, with no other concerns or issues--our real reason was to qualify for my employer's $500 physical incentive. ..."
