"Our experience at the Sandy Springs location was appalling. The basic level of care was shocking, the communication and responsiveness was non-existent. The doctor we signed up for failed to be transparent about her rules of engagement and wasted out time for almost 6 months before denying us basic care. Run as fast as you can away from here. They will waste your time and provide terrible care."

"I used Laureate in Sandy Springs for my sleep apnea. Took months to get an appointment. Months and several emails to get a cpap. I was contacted via text every few months about cpap supplies like filters, hoses, etc. through their supplier Resmed. Was ignored, treated disrespectfully, screamed at by the receptionist when I tapped on the window to get her attention.
