"Our experience at the Sandy Springs location was appalling. The basic level of care was shocking, the communication and responsiveness was non-existent. The doctor we signed up for failed to be transparent about her rules of engagement and wasted out time for almost 6 months before denying us basic care. Run as fast as you can away from here. They will waste your time and provide terrible care."

"I used Laureate in Sandy Springs for my sleep apnea. Took months to get an appointment. Months and several emails to get a cpap. I was contacted via text every few months about cpap supplies like filters, hoses, etc. through their supplier Resmed. "I have been a patient at Laureate, with the same doctor, for over 20 years. No problem with the doctor herself, she is great. But patient support and administrative functions at Laureate are poor. Prescriptions are difficult to refill, appointments are impossible to get, even weeks, sometimes months, in advance. "I arrived at my PCP at Laureate in a lot of pain at 7:15 am for my 7:30 am appt. The door was locked. Was ignored, treated disrespectfully, screamed at by the receptionist when I tapped on the window to get her attention. Then I was made to wait 30 minutes unnecessarily by the PCP for being rude to the receptionist. He asked nothing about my pain, my condition or my side of the story. Started ..."

"Laureate is negligent in refilling prescriptions. It typically takes more than a week and multiple calls/messages to get a refill on basic maintenance medicines. Patient health is not a priority here. They are also guilty of coercing patients to take unnecessary labs at their own lab, and referring to other practice physicians unnecessarily.
