"After seeing a rude provide at this practice I waited months to see another. I just was diagnosed and have to be on a special diet. I sent the new provider a message to see if she could right and sign a note to that fact. Needed help with food services. She called me back and said I don't do that and I might want to shop for food at a less expensive place. Omg and yet another rude ..."
