"The urology center on Smoke Ranch Rd is extremely hard to get a hold of. They take their good old time getting back to you. You have to leave message after message numerous times. I know that Dr's offices get busy, but it takes forever just to get a callback. Very unprofessional and very frustrating. When I get this procedure over with, I will be using someone else."

"After letting you know the ER doctor said it was cancer and that we needed an urgent diagnosis from a specialist asap, you ended up canceling our appointment 24 hours before our scheduled appointment because our insurance was not the kind of insurance you are used to deal with (International). Even if everything was covered from the first dollar and our insurance specify that we don't need a referral. ..."
