"worst staff! no one answers phones, relays messages to the Doctor's or give call backs when directed by the Doctor. 100% do not recommend this facility"

"I have literally been trying to call and get their fax number for over a year. I'm a nurse for Oxnard School District. I have NEVER had anyone answer the phone. EVER. It's infuriating. "

"If you don't mind that the front reception never NEVER answers the phone and you may leave an urgent message, but that too will not be answered "within 3 hours." It is easier to go to urgent cares for medical assistance. Lastly, my daughter received her first Covid-19 vaccine and they failed to follow or advise the correct second dose CDC recommendations. I also had to ask for the vaccination card. ..."
