"Dr. Canales was very nice, and very warm. However, the lead up to my procedure was such a pain. The office staff was rude and dismissive every step of the way -- I'm not referring to the nurse practitioner, or the nurses, or the doctor at all -- JUST the office staff. It took 7 months to even get my procedure scheduled. I believe they forgot/lost my info which is why they never scheduled me. But they ..."
