"Dr Heisey was to remove a couple of bone spurs on my shoulder ONLY.I told her not cutting.When I woke up she had cut under my shoulder and cut my radial nerve and media nerve. I no longer can feel my left thumb index finger and middle finger.on my left hand. Never heard from her after that butcher surgery."
