"If you people are having problems with the Veterans Administration in Lancaster Pa, in which I was over there yesterday. First they have a student who gives you an eye exam and then a Doctor I think she is comes in to listen to this kid who just examined your eyes. And gives her opinion about your case. After I went out to the front desk to make an appointment and this woman told me to call ..."

"They never pick up the phone. Limited quality doctors. Ive called here at least 50 times over the years, and have never had someone pick up the phone. I called today to tell them I couldnt make my PT appointment at 8:00. I dont know when, or if Erin gets the message.."
