"Front desk staff is rude and condescending. That should give you an idea of the kind of experience you’ll have. Unfortunately the previous doctors left and what is left are unfriendly doctors trying to churn patients for profits. Forget about getting a correct bill - ever. They will charge you for things that they say are not covered but are. The website doesn’t list the doctors which is odd."

"If I could give this place zero stars I would. The dental hygienist was wonderful; the front desk staff rude and as intelligent as a box of rocks. They are not knowledgeable about anything so don't ask. I find it odd that the dentists are not listed on the website. The dentists from when I started going to this practice 4 years ago are gone and that is very telling. Read the other reviews and take ..."

"My family and I have been seeing Dr. Jenkins for years and he was great, but now that he is gone we have all left. The 2 young dentists that work there now really don't seem to know what they are doing. They were making mistakes over and over again. The front desk ladies are so mean and intimidating and they always have your bills wrong. I don't know how they can run an office while being so rude ..."

"The receptionist are terrible!!! I cannot believe they are allowed to work in customer service . They are rude dishonest and just not nice . Such a shame it used to be such a wonderful place with such a sweet and caring staff. It’s already uncomfortable and scary to have to go to the dentist but then to have such a nightmare of an experience just trying to make an appointment it’s just really unfortunate ..."

"They insisted I pay for my last two visits in August 2023 and September 2024,even though I had insurance-They insisted I was maxed.My insurance company even spoke with them at Lkwd Dental and told me they were not nice would not listen to him/ insurance rep.I paid $283 recently after several calls asking where is my refund-Lakewood dental sent me$100 check.Now they don't even want to talk to me."

"In August and September I was charged for my last two visits even though I had insurance.Lakewoid Dental insisted I was maxed out.I even had the insurance company call them.The guy from insurance told me they would not listen to him and wasn't very nice to him.Insurance did paid them for my visits and I'm still trying to get reimbursed for $238.They recently sent me a check for $100.I called again ..."

"I would never go back to these dentists. Really liked Dr. Denver Jenkins, but he quit and it is now two young female dentists who both seem like they do not know what they are doing. They have made multiple mistakes with our family and I would not want to trust them for any dental procedures. The billing department is also wrong most of the time."
