"Dr. Cook was too short and sweet with her appointments. Never really let me talk much. Just wrote prescriptions and shooed me out quickly. This place closed without telling me, no call, email, letter, nothing. I had to find another psychiatrist quick and couldn’t get my information faxed over, so I had to write everything down. Very unprofessional! Glad they’re closed."
