"My Doctors in this system are the best, especially Dr Bischt. Very caring doctor. The call center is the worst ever. They argue with you, hang up on you and it takes forever to get done what needs to be done. Quiz you as to why about everything. They need to get rid of this center and go directly to the Drs offices to get the job done. Horrible service. Manager needs to be on top of her staff. "
