"Do not honor appointments, in my opinion they call based on a personal criteria. Was the first to sign the book, 8 patients came after me , they were all called before me, Had to leave, do not tolerate this kind of treatment. My first and last visit. Very disrespectful."

"My Doctors in this system are the best, especially Dr Bischt. Very caring doctor. The call center is the worst ever. They argue with you, hang up on you and it takes forever to get done what needs to be done. Quiz you as to why about everything. They need to get rid of this center and go directly to the Drs offices to get the job done. Horrible service. Manager needs to be on top of her staff."

"Just in it for the money. You are treated according to how much you pay. will send you out to a specialist even if you don't have a problem. Terrible communication. don't call in prescriptions, lethargic atmosphere."

"This healthcare system is terrible. I had to switch doctors not because of the doctor but because of this system. I made an appointment to get my blood tests which they approved, and then when I got there I was told they weren't approved even though I had double confirmed that they were. Another time I asked to go to a nearby clinic within the system. They sent me to one 15 mi away. I specifically ..."
