"Her staff are horrible. Very snippy. The receptionist or intake person lost my paper work the first time I went. It turned out I did not have an appointment because the website says you can choose a date but does not say it has to be confirmed by the system. I tried to go in again. The two people up front (different ones) exceedingly unpleasant. I’m not going back. I’m just trying to find a doctor ..."

"LCMC Lakeview Circle, Dr Mary E. Holzer Billing is a joke. My "wellness visit" was incorrectly coded as a regular doctors appointment. Despite requesting a "wellness visit" over the phone when scheduling, in office when checking in, and again noted it on my paperwork at check-in as my "reason for visit".
