"The dentist is adamant that he has zero input over pricing or anything the front office does. All he does is fix teeth and he has zero input on anything else. Then why did the office manager have to run in and yell about me to him? Finally she returned a few minutes later AS THE DENTIST HAD HIS HANDS IN MY MOUTH to say "oh, and he said he didn't get a check-in call but I have a note that we did it!" ..."
