"Huge disappointment. I was met with disrespect and impatience from the triage nurse the morning of my surgery. After a few weeks, I had complications with my incision and was in pain. After spending and entire WEEK trying to get in contact with Dr. Patterson and his nurse, no one would call me back. On Monday, I was assured that they “didn’t forget about me”.
