"THE FRONT DESK STAFF IS HORRIBLE IF YOU HAVE MEDICAID!! When I had regular insurance they were great but when I went in today they were horrible to me and acted like I was dirt under their shoes. They wouldn’t help me and hid in the back and wouldn’t even help me anymore. The dr wouldn’t come out so clearly all they care about is $ and not their patients. Please don’t go here if you are lower income. ..."

"This office abruptly discontinued my Duloxetine prescription which is stated online can cause extreme issues in patients, including things as bad as siezures. Im currently throwing up in a toilet withdrawaling from the medicine they prescribed, because of Tall Oaks Incompetence, a once great office, now turned sideways. To explain more. They called me Jan 2nd, to notify me two days before my prescription ..."

"Horrifically incompetent. My mother has been trying to get a referral for an MRI for FIVE MONTHS yet every time she calls everyone acts like they have no idea what is happening. Incredible that with all that staff not one of them can be held responsible or know what is happening in the building they work in. There have been other instances of staff and nursing assistants telling incorrect information. ..."
