"My rating is really ZERO (0). On DEC 02, 2022, I phoned Lake Medical Imaging (LMI) to schedule an MRI of my L-S spine. I was told LMI couldn't make an appt. until it verified that my insurance confirmed it approved the MRI. When I called LMI today, Thursday, 2/09/23, the LMI agent said my L-S spine appointment is STILL PENDING. HERE'S THE THING, MY BIRTH DATE IS THE SAME, CONTACT INFO IS THE SAME, ..."
