"When not rescheduling appointments 5xs, they commint insurance fraud. Be extremely careful with this place as insurance fraud seems and is a common practice. They will fail to disclose that the dentist isn't in network. Apparently the facility could be in your network but not the dentist, but they won't tell you that beforehand. Or tell you something is covered when it's not. They bill your insurance ..."
