"My uncle has to have cataract surgery, been here since 9:30 this morning , still not started surgery at 3:15 , no privacy in patient area , no cups for water for waiting family , no drinks in machine, no sanitize gel any where in waiting area ,uncle surgery was scheduled for 10:15 people having other procedure still waiting also "
