"I had a colonoscopy with Dr. Penoyar in December 2023. Prior to the procedure when I was in per-op, he came in and didn’t ask if I had any questions regarding the procedure. He gave me a form and told me to sign it. I received no pain/sedation medication prior to going to the OR. Once there, the medication was inadequate, I was awake the whole time and felt what was happening. I cried out in pain ..."
