"First visit was good but after that communications is the worst I have every seen. Multiple messages in the portal, emails directly to individuals with no response. Finally canceled surgery because I could not get any information. 3 weeks later getting messages about upcoming surgery, wanting payment information and clueless that I have cancelled. So scared by the practice that I have gone elsewhere. ..."
