"Usually I have great experiences here, though I’ve never actually seen Dr. Komin until yesterday. It was awful. He didn’t know medical terminology we were using even after explaining what they were, he didn’t know how to help us set up a medical procedure and refused to help us find the resources to do it, he refused to answer my one simple question, and he was extremely condescending the ENTIRE conversation. ..."
