"When I called to say we arrived the receptionist stated okay when we call back bring the kids to the front door to us. When I stated I would not be leaving my young child in a building and go back to my car she got a nasty tone and hung up. Then the assistant was rude and nasty. My 13 year old said she was being nasty back in the exam rooms. Sad because the dentist is a amazing !"

"I just want to share my little incident that just happened last Thursday. My child had a dentist appointment in Saint cloud. They would not let me in the building and we’re gonna take my child by herself. (SHE IS 4 YEARS OLD). I told the lady absolutely not she is not going in there by herself. She is a minor she is four years old and that it was inappropriate for them to even think a child at that ..."

"This is a very nice office with amenities to keep your little one happy while you wait to be seen...(movies during covid19 but much more before). All of the staff are very kind and personable explaining treatment plans completely and cheering your child on when they have no cavities. Even before covid19, the waiting was never very long. "I’ve been taking my daughter to Dr David for years and we’ve always been extremely happy! She actually LOVES going to the doctor. She received braces today, booked her for an hour and a half and she came out in an hour! The staff is super friendly, and helpful. They’re always willing to answer any questions, no matter how silly or strange they are. We LOVE Koala Dental!"

"Everything thing went perfect today. My daughter hates the dentist and today she went in like a champ with no tears. Dr. John explained exactly what he was going to do and she was done in no time. Staff brought her back out and explained what went on and after care. Absolutely the best staff. Thank you!!"

"My oldest son is special needs. With the whole covid thing going on I had to let my son go inside by himself. I was a little nervous about how he would do without me by his side. They did an amazing job trying their best to keep him calm while getting his teeth nice and clean and getting him back to me waiting outside. "You cannot beat Dr. Dave and his team. My son was having pain on a Friday. We didn’t have an appointment but they squeezed us in anyway. They did this because they’re passionate about kids and making kids feel better. I would recommend Koala to anyone. -Brent"
