"I'm writing this review on behalf of my 79 year old mother-in-law. I have never seen such horrible customer service. My mother-in-law has been a patient here for over a year now. They have made her order medication for a medical procedure and wanted her to pick it up before procedure. What? Yes, has anyone heard of such a thing? They wanted to overcharge her for the medicine and she had to have her ..."

"Had to wait over an hour to be put in a room with no windows so I could sit another 20 minutes for the doctor. When the doctor did come in he had not review my record and did not know why I was there. 6 weeks earlier he had prescribed PT and this was the follow up visit."
