"I went to the appointment and was told that I would have to reschedule because I needed to be there 20 minutes prior, I arrived @8:55 am. Instead of being gracious and following their protocol, I was rude, nasty and couldn't believe my attitude. I want to ask the front desk the ladies who do a wonderful job to forgive me for my attitude. I'm sorry there is no justification for my attitude. I saw ..."

"I have been seeing Shawnna Patterson, MD, PhD for almost 2yrs now and she is great. Their practice is hard to get in touch with anyone at if you call as they have an answering service return all phone calls, but they are prompt and do address the issues. Dr. Patterson is fabulous though and makes up for any minor frustration there. I would recommend her to anyone!"

"My visit went well. My only issue is that while I was in the main waiting room, another incoming patient was being grilled out loud about his entire list of medications he was on. Everyone in the waiting room could hear. I felt bad. He was angry. And what about HIPA? I think the practice should revise their questioning procedures."

"Dr Shah has been my daughter’s neurologist for 10+ years and her care has been consistently excellent!!! He treats her with respect as she has IDD. He sits and listens to her as she speaks to him and also answers all my questions and/or concerns. She has been seizure free for years under his care. She also no longer exhibits anxiety. I highly recommend Dr Shah!!!!"
