We went to OralMax in Schaumburg and they did not have the patience for him and asked us to go somewhere else. Luckily we found Kids First. They were polite over the phone scheduling the appointment. "Everyone was very professional and took COVID precautions seriously. It was my daughters first time here and she enjoyed every moment of it! Dr.Cory was amazing and was very professional. My daughter even asked “ mommy I like the dentist , can we come back soon”. If I could rate this overall experience it would be 10/5!! Love it!!"

"This was my kiddo’s first dentist visit. I was very impressed by the COVID precautions that were put into place. I also appreciated the calm, comfortable environment of the office. Staff that can get a 1-year-old to play and laugh in the midst of the stranger danger phase while wearing masks deserve a 10 star rating!"

For starters it took us over 3 weeks to get an appointment even scheduled..must be due to their "Covid-19 procedures " nobody actually answers the phones here. "As we arrived for the visit, we were immediately taken to get the kids their cleaning, there was essentially no wait time! The hygienists were very nice and made the kids feel very comfortable, which is great with a 3 and 6yr old. We saw the new dentist and she was very sweet with my kids and was very efficient. Overall it was a good experience for my kids and they look forward to going back."

"I would give this practice way more than 5 stars if possible. Dr. Matt is wonderful with the kids. From his knowledge in fixing the "sticky bugs" to the way he pays attention to your child during the experience and makes sure they are always comfortable and never anxious. Great work!"
