"Our four year old was taken inside by himself for his cleaning at his recent visit. It happened quickly, without asking us if that would be alright. We believe this is poor policy for young children to be separated from their parent for their dental appointments."

Patient wait in their car until called in for appt. Staff & patients are socially distanced until the cleaning, clinical staff are wearing N95 masks, surgical masks, goggles & face shields. "My daughter was initially very anxious and she's done poorly at other dental offices. I was shocked and so happy with how well she did here today. They were pleasant, no pressure, gave different options for treatment and were knowledgeable about her medical condition! I can't recommend enough!!"

"Usually they are great here but I think Covid must have them overwhelmed because I recieved no instructions post procedure for my bawling 4 year old not the promised call from the Dentist. I’m very capable post procedure but if I’d been the average parent I think I would have been overwhelmed. Usually a 5, today it’s a 4."
