"This is for the Grapevine, TX location. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I was overcharged for an eye exam $214.44. I left voice messages and they would not return my call. I had to threaten them with "showing up in person" before they finally called me back. I told them I was overcharged and they told me I was wrong. I persisted to show them proof and they finally conceded I was right and they would refund ..."
