"Great doctors but the front desk is a rolling disaster. You can book your appointment 6 months in advance only to wait 1.5 hours as they give priority to you walk-ins."

"Completely agree with the above review. Horrible and unprofessional front desk staff. They NEVER answer the phone (even though it’s a doctors office!!) and when they do you’re put on hold for half an hour. They hate their job and can care less about the patient. The doctors are mediocre but it’s the only option on the island (unfortunately!!)."

"Wonderful doctors. Horrible, combative, rude staff. This impacts the overall care. Imagine for example that the pediatrician recommends tests and tells you the front desk will give you the information on where to go for the tests… except they won’t. It’s three very rude, unprofessional, hostile women at the desk. I imagine the office doesn’t pay well and thus this low calibre of staff is all they ..."
