"Sends random bills after it was clear all was paid in full. Staff refuses to answer my calls, give explanation of charges, or return any request for information. Now is sending a false bill to collections. Shameful method of operating. I’ve contacted attorney general, CFPB as they’re in clear violation of No Surprises Act. Hopefully something can be done to protect others from this scam of a practice. ..."

"Terrible experience. Took 4 months to be seen. Sent for labs and another 4 months for a follow up. On my way to the appt it was cancelled. Scheduled a telemedicine appointment out 45 days. Day of appointment billing called for payment, they had sent the bill via email without us knowing to watch for it. It had gone to spam. They resent it and went in the mail that day. Because of lack of payment ..."

I saw Dr. Kahla for a GI issue, he seemed fine during the first couple appointments but he had told me if I had a bout with my GI issue I could call the office and they would put in a prescription for my antibiotics so I could at least get started on that while I waited for an appointment. "after reading some of the review of others people I was afraid to come to this office. however my visit was wonderful. the front desk ladies were very nice and the doctor took time and talked to me. The lady whom helped be when I was leaving informed my of all of the instructions and gave me a copy and emailed them as well. Thank you everyone made my visit very pleasant"
