"WORSE PHONE SERVICE SYSTEM EVER Everytime I call to get a refill or pre authorization they NEVER CALL ME BACK THE ONLY WAY I CAN GET THEM TO DO THEIR JOB IS SAYING ON THE MACHINE I will leave this place and file a class action lawsuit against your practice if you dont do your job and refill this and give me a pre authorization."

"Never return calls, even after explaining things were urgent. Finally spoke to a doctor to explain the situation and they had given the staff a return message but I was never called with the message. Can't get prescription pre-authorizations without calling many times to ask."

"Phone calls are not returned. I left 9 messages in 2 days. Finally received a return call on a Tuesday afternoon as I was being put into CVICU after surgery. I’m fed up and we are moving to a new pulmonary team."

"This place is terrible. No wonder DR. Din and Wendy Alexander left this place. Can never get thru to where anyone answers the phone. Even after leaving 3 messages and text they don't respond by calling you back. All these clowns know how to do is send you a bill after your visit."

"Doesn't return calls for days. Was told that my fiancee has reoccuring covid which she never tested positive for(very dangerous diagnosis and very wrong). She ended up having pulmonary hytertension, copd. She was never treated at this location for the pulmonary hypertension. She has been in and out of ER's from Delaware to Durham, NC(she visits me regulary for months/weeks) and the Dr's are totally ..."
