"On my children’s first and second visits, everything was fine. They actually love going to the dentist, so the first two visits, they were excited. Then my daughter needed a filling. I was allowed in the room when they put it in. Then the filling fell out and she needed it to be redone and I was asked to wait in the lobby. I told them no as my daughter was only 4 at the time.
