"This office is practicing about 40 years behind the times. Walking into the office is like a journey back in time. The front desk person didn't even great me. I got a "What time is your appointment?" Her chair broke while sitting there. There is someone working behind the front desk that has some rude signs posted that are supposed to be funny but are actually pretty rude. After waiting over ..."

"Go somewhere else. This office staff cannot support this practice. My husband went to be seen about his shoulder. They just wrote a PT script. When i went to schedule the PT visit, i realized they had given me a script for another patient needing hand PT. I called and was on hold for 24 minutes . I called back and pushed physician line (which they answered immediately) I told them i had been ..."
